Just when I was beginning to think Chris Brown has taken a chill pill and decided to stay out of trouble, a lawsuit is issued against him.
Breezy is being sued by a lady that goes by the name “Jane Doe” who claims that she was raped severally at Brown’s home. The incident, which, according to Doe, took place in February 2017, occurred during an “afterparty” hosted by Brown.
“Our client was invited to attend an ‘afterparty’ at a recording studio to meet defendant [Lowell] Grissom, also known as Young Lo, and defendant Chris Brown,” said the defendant’s lawyer, Gloria Allred. “When she arrived at the studio, her phone was taken away.”
Doe claims that she was “forced” to go to Brown’s home in order to reclaim her phone but was not allowed to leave. She added that Breezy was supplying his guests with drugs and that she and other females were given a “clear pill filled with white powder” which she refused to take.
Doe claims that one of Brown’s unnamed female friends grabbed her by the throat when she tried to leave and that she forced her to perform oral sex on Grissom. The woman also “literally sat on [her] face, using her legs to pin [her] down while forcing [her] to perform oral sex on her,” according to the report. The woman was allegedly menstruating at the time. Additionally, Doe says that the female friend forced her and other women to “hook up” with Brown and Grissom after blocking the door with a couch.
“This is one of the most horrific cases involving alleged sexual assaults that I have ever seen, and our client, Jane Doe, has been severely traumatized by what she was forced to suffer,” Allred said in a statement. “She filed this lawsuit because she wants justice for herself, but she also wants to warn other young women about the potential danger to themselves if they have their phone taken away and if they go to Chris Brown’s house.”
Chris Brown is yet to address the incident.
