English Premier League kicked off last weekend so did Fantasy Premier League.
A number of FPL managers got their teams going as early as Friday evening when Arsenal beat Leicester while others are still wondering how they bagged just 31 points.
HBR Fantasy league has more than 1500 players with more expected to be added on game week two making it even more competitive.
Being good at fantasy football just means that you are constantly digesting lots of information by reading news, rankings, analysis, opinions, and looking at data.
David Gitau’s Poseidon topped the HBR league after week one as he bagged 115 points with Nicanor Neyo’s Shanklops coming second with 107 points.
Gitau had debutant Lukaku captaining his team and went ahead to scored two goals returning 26 points while Vardy brought him 13 points.
His big boost came from the defence where he got 26 points from Walker(6), David Luiz(6), Otamendi(8) and Baines(6). Lloris also had a clean sheet giving him 7 points.
If Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 1 didn’t go your way, don’t panic, there’s more than enough time to bounce back.
You may consider bringing in players like Nicolas Otamendi, Mohamed Salah, Granit Xhaka, Mkhitaryan and Romelu Lukaku. For those with Harry Kane don’t even think of transferring him, stick with him he will repay.
