Now that the holidays have come and gone, it’s time to get back to reality.

Just a few days in and the “Njaanuary” fever is pretty high. Most of us forgot the December salary was meant to sustain us all through January and now we sitting around wondering “What Now?”

Sell, Sell, Sell

You most likely have a bunch of stuff you no longer need. Putting them up for sale online is a great way to get some extra cash to help you push through the rest of month.

Avoid take-outs

If you are a lazy-ass who hates to cook, well I’m sorry to say this but it’s about time you got in the kitchen. It is way cheaper and healthier to make your own meals. It will save you money and probably a stomach upset.

Make use of home work-outs

Can’t afford to pay for a gym membership? There are great home workouts clips online that could not only save you money but also help you start off your workout journey.

Check for old accounts

It’s time to dig into those old accounts that you probably forgot you opened. For those who are terrible savers, turn your house up-side-down (not literally of course). You might be surprised how much money you’ll find.

Avoid rush hour

Fare prices are known to sky rocket during rush hour. If you can, try and avoid getting caught up in the rush hour. Less bus fare equals to more savings.

Go vegan

You can take this time to try live a healthy lifestyle. If it proves impossible for you, limit yourself. For example, if you were used to having meat on your every meal, change it to once a week. That way, you’ll get to save more and better yet lose those extra pounds.
