There is officially no excuse for not waking up early to work out. Forget pro wrestler turned actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s 4 am workouts. Mark Wahlberg (the guy from the movies ‘Daddy’s Home 2’, ‘Transformers’, ‘Ted’ and many others) recently revealed his typical day’s schedule and it’s insane (for us sleepyheads ie).
Mark’s day involves two workouts: one at 2:30 am (yes you read that right) and another at 4pm. It also involves four meals, three snacks, and one recovery session in a cryotherapy chamber. It’s no wonder he has such a killer body.
While some of us make up excuses about how we can’t manage to squeeze in a workout in our busy schedule, Mark manages to pick his kids up from school, work, play golf, have family time and make it to bed by 7:30pm!
Time to rethink your schedule because if this is not motivation enough, I don’t know what is.
