  • Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Black Panther’ Soundtrack Tops Billboard Chart

Black Panther is not only killing it in the Box Office but also on the Billboard 200.

The movie’s Kendrick Lamar-led soundtrack debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

The 14-track “Black Panther: The Album,” which dropped Feb. 9 becomes the second album in 2018 to debut at No. 1 after “The Greatest Showman” did so in January.

Curated by K-Dot and Top Dawg Entertainment’s CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, Black Panther: The Album also features The Weeknd, SZA, Khalid, 2 Chainz, Future, and more.

The movie on the other hand, Black Panther the movie opened at No. 1 with $192 million, setting a record for the fifth largest three-day domestic opening in history.
