Fit Tuesday: Sizzling Fitness-Inspired Music Videos

The music industry is on a fitness roll. From Ariana Grande’s cycling video to Trey Songz steamy workout session, Ed Sheeran in a boxing ring and even most recently, Vanessa Mdee, also killing it in a boxing ring. Music and fitness have had a long-standing relationship and it’s no doubt that this fitness wave is not dying down anytime soon.

I’ve rounded up a couple of my favorite fitness-inspired music videos that I hope will motivate you to get off your couch and work up a sweat.

Trey Songz –  Na Na

When this song dropped back in 2014, everyone was talking about how steamy the video is. Trey Songz features Instagrams’ most famous fitness stars Mankofit, Rosa Acosta, The Bella Twins (from E!’s Total Divas), and Jazzma. He gets into some sexy workout sessions with each of these women, making you want to hit the gym right there and then.

Ed Sheeran – Shape Of You

The music video stars Ed as an aspiring boxer who hits the heavy bag at a gym alongside his girlfriend and fellow puncher, played by Fresh Pair actress Jennie Pegouskie. The song is focused on getting ripped and fit and definitely a motivation for couples to hit the gym together.

Vanessa Mdee – Kisela

Vanessa Mdee also did not get left out. In the video, she is featured in the gym and boxing ring with P Square’s Peter and damn do they slay!

Keri Hilson – Energy

If you’ve tried it before, then you’d know that the gym is one of he best places to go take out your frustrations on life. Keri Hilson portrays exactly this as she is seen boxing, doing push-ups and planks and of course looking super sexy while at it.

Side To Side – Ariana Grande

Cycling can be a great way to lose weight. Ariana Grande does a dance routine while cycling, making it look like it’s so easy but wait till you get on that bike and you’ll realize you need a lot more than just some sexy gym clads.
