“Bad Boys 3” Release Date Pushed To 2018

“Bad boys, bad boys, whatchu gonna do when they come for you.” Too bad we won’t be singing along to this song anytime soon as we watch “Bad Boys 3”.

“Bad Boys 3”, officially titled “Bad Boys for Life.”  was due to hit the cinemas on June 2017 but has been pushed back until early 2018.

Bummer right?

We have something to smile and anticipate for though. Will Smith will be returning to the Bad Boys franchise as he recently confirmed during a chat with BBC Radio 1 Xtra. “I saw Martin a few weeks ago. I haven’t seen him in about two years. We looked at each other. We hugged. In that moment, we knew we were making another ‘Bad Boys’. We’re definitely doing another one,” he said.

Martin who hasn’t appeared on the big screen since 2011’s “Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son,” announced the news about another Bad Boys film during an appearance on Conan in 2014.

“I just talked to Jerry Bruckheimer yesterday and he said it’s real, they’re working on the script, they’re getting close, and it all looks good,” he said.

The original two movies, “Bad Boys” and “Bad Boys II,” released in 1995 and 2003 respectively, were both directed by Michael Bay, but it’s rumored Joe Carnahan will be taking over for the third chapter.
